printmaker and painter
Modesta Gorol (PL)
Through her art, she tells visual stories suspended in two-dimensional space of canvas and paper. She constructs imagined worlds, inviting the viewers to explore them, by uncovering small, often concealed entrances. Within each world, unique characters— animals, plants, and anthropomorphized beings—interact in the visual narrative.
With a background in piano performance, she finds deep connections between music and visual art, drawing inspiration from sounds to shape her creative, process.

contemporary artist and printmaker
Jaco Putker (NL)
Jaco combines digital and traditional techniques to produce images which are both playful and sinister, nostalgic and magical. His preferred medium is photopolymer, or solar plate, etching. This technique is a non-toxic way of etching which allow for photorealistic depictions.

Jaco draws inspiration from everyday life and the workings of the subconscious mind
to create intricate monochromatic prints that blur the lines between reality and imagination. They are whimsical snapshots of existence that encapsulate the
profound, the humorous, and the enigmatic.
Putker´s art has gained international recognition and has been exhibited worldwide in

painter
Hanna Karaleva (BY/AT)
Hanna Karaleva (born 1962 in Minsk, Belarus) received her education at the Belarussian Academy of Arts. For several years she taught painting and design at the A.K. Glebov Art School in Minsk.
Hanna Karaleva's art is mostly inspired by memories and attitudes. A defining feature of her artistic practice is the unexpected reading of the relationship between animate and inanimate nature in order to find new forms of expressions of human psychological states.
Her works dissect and explore the world around her. Like a visual diary. Nothing is static. She conveys this by embedding her characters' bodies in a fragile glass medium, which expresses a sense of ephemerality and imbalance.
Hanna is a member of the Union of Designers of Belarus, a friend of the Union of Artists of Belarus, a member of the artist group "Ark", Minsk, Belarus. She was part of the Belarusian-Swedish symposium “She was” 2022, which was dedicated to famous women in Belarus. Her art has been exhibited among others in Estonia, Poland, Austria, Germany, France, the Netherlands and the USA.

multidisciplinary visual artist
Johannes Deimling (DE)
Since 1997, Deimling has dedicated a significant part of his artistic journey to exploring and teaching performance art processes. In 2008, he founded PAS | Performance Art Studies, an international art and education project, where he continues to serve as the artistic director.

In 2016, Deimling married Polish photographer Monika Deimling, with whom he shares a close and ongoing artistic collaboration.

At the core of Deimling’s work lies the creation of visual imagery that transcends direct logic, inviting metaphorical and poetic interpretation. Through an artistic freedom that bridges the realms of image and contemplation, his work opens up philosophical spaces, offering transformative perspectives on perception. His artistic universe engages with a broad spectrum of contemporary themes, fostering thought-provoking connections between art and the viewer’s experience.

master of assemblage and miniatures
Antonio Azevedo (PT)
António Azevedo is a renowned artist who uses model figurines to tell stories within small square frames. His project "Once Upon a Time..." already features more than 300 acts, each one portraying a reimagined everyday scene with meticulous attention to detail.
Through exercises in set design and scale, he creates unique atmospheres that ignite our imagination.

Although his background is in fashion drawing, António Azevedo has developed his professional activity in visual merchandising and window display. He has collaborated directly with renowned brands such as Burberry, Levi's, Swarovski, Armani, among others. However, his artistic creation projects emerged spontaneously and gradually took on a more significant role in his life. By exploring new mediums and techniques, the artist seeks elements that carry strong symbolism and are filled with stories while maintaining a craft-based approach in his pieces.
