BEFORE IT DISAPPEARS
When: 20 – 21 September 2025 (Day 1: 10am – 3pm, Day 2: 10am – 6pm)
Where: Kartoffel Gallery in Dresden, Germany
Workshop structure: Introduction of PAS | Team, participants; inspirational lecture by BBB Johannes Deimling; research through a variety of unique performative exercises, experiments and tasks.
Application deadline: 8 September 2025
Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, and spots are limited.
Price: €80* / €110
*Reduced price for students and former PAS participants
Teaching language: English (German as needed)
Participant age: 16-150 years old
Experience level: Tailored for beginners and professionals.

WORKSHOP CYANOTYPE

Discover the magic of light and chemistry!
Immerse yourself in the fascinating world of cyanotype, a special photographic printing process. With the help of UV light - preferably with the power of the sun - iron compounds and water, deep blue images are created, so-called "blue prints", which inspire with their unique aesthetics.
In our workshop, we work with paper, light-sensitive chemicals, water and natural materials such as leaves, flowers and grasses - but also with unusual ingredients such as coffee, turmeric or matcha tea, which can create surprising color effects and structures.

No previous knowledge is necessary and you don't have to be able to draw - the plants will do that for you!

On April 26, 2025, the Kartoffel Galerie in Dresden invites you to its first performance evening entitled "Stärke" (Strength). Three artists—Lisa Marie Porst, Frida Schramm, and Antonia Pfitzner—will engage the space, the audience, and the moment with their performances. The evening is curated by BBB Johannes Deimling.
